Supervision

Supervision is a ‘relationship of care’ with a specific purpose, that is to provide a dependable time place and process, where issues and dilemmas encountered by professionals, who work alone or as part of teams, can be resolved confidentially, safely and supportively.

Such a space is not only essential for critical reflection and the exploration of concerns and problems but also a place to play with ideas and discover new and creative ways to handle the psychological dynamics that exist within us and between us.

It can grow into a long and profound relationship with the potential to restore enthusiasm and motivation, remind us of our passion for the work we have chosen, and sometimes help us to see when we need rest or change.

When we are well and enjoying our lives, those who live and work with us are affected by the ripples.

Everyone has been made for some particular work.
And the desire for that work has been put in every heart.
